I tutor QCE Specialist Maths and Methods for Years 10–12, and I’m happiest when we’re untangling vectors or optimisation questions. I’ve run weekly homework drop-ins at a school tutoring centre and I also help students tidy up CAS work and show working clearly for exams. Sessions are practical: we do questions first, then fix the gaps, and I’ll leave you with a short set to finish between lessons.

I like working from real exam-style questions and then building a quick checklist of the steps you need under time pressure. Bring your class workbook and we’ll use it, plus I’ll make a mini formula sheet based on your teacher’s wording.

I teach QCE Mathematical Methods and I’m the person who enjoys rearranging ugly functions. I started tutoring classmates at uni and now work with senior students online. Expect lots of worked examples, then you doing the next one while I watch for the tiny algebra slips. If you use a CAS, I’ll help you use it efficiently, not blindly, and we’ll keep a running error-log to stop repeats.
